Alana & Josh begin a Fermanagh hunt for the Ulster fry
Beech Tree Farm Shop is the first stop in their new breakfast series, and viewers are already requesting more.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
Finding the BEST Ulster Fry in Northern Ireland - Ep 1
Breakfast has become an itinerary for Alana & Josh. Their only new upload, "Finding the BEST Ulster Fry in Northern Ireland - Ep 1", starts at Beech Tree Farm Shop in Fermanagh, with the couple looking for both a good fry and somewhere worth visiting to eat it.
The episode has drawn about 27,000 views. That "BEST" is the mission, rather than a settled verdict, and the comments offer plenty of directions for the series. Viewers request more breakfast stops, suggest eggy bread and coffee, and debate what belongs on an Ulster fry. Others connect the meal to trips home or family soda-bread traditions. For a breakfast video, it has prompted quite a travel conversation.
The regional humor we covered here previously remains the channel's biggest source of daily views: "English Vs Northern Irish ☘️🏴" is drawing substantially more attention each day than the new breakfast episode. "Northern Irish petrol stations are ELITE! ☘️" and "Decorating our first home Ep 2 🏠" also remain active, giving the food outing company from both roadside life and home life.
Subscribers stayed unchanged across the week, while the latest daily views are close to the channel's usual level. Nearby in subscriber size, Brad and Mill had a much busier viewing week, while Ky and Tie were quieter. Alana & Josh's newest contribution is a more leisurely proposition: make the breakfast stop part of the trip.

@11matt11See it on YouTubeYes do a breakfast series. Ulster frys, eggy bread 🎉 good coffee ☕
@nadeansbrown5703See it on YouTubeI have to admit that ever since I first tried Ulster Fry the first time I came to Northern Ireland in 2023, I loved it at the first bite. I will be in Northern Ireland in about two weeks, also stopping a few days in Enniskillen, and of course I will oblige with a good Ulster fry and some stuffed chippy.
