Bart Does Art made one video this week, and its rule is right in the title: "If The Paper Blows Away, The Video's Over!" The subject is Sonic the Hedgehog, the blue speedster Sega introduced in 1991, and the joke is that the page Bart draws him on may leave before the drawing is finished. One viewer suggests he could draw in a hurricane. Another simply writes "Must have been the wind."

The Short went up on Sunday and has passed 165,000 views. It is the channel's busiest video right now, by a wide margin. The comments read like a request line: Rainbow Dash, Gumball drawn on an actual gumball, and a question about how he comes up with these setups at all.

The older experiments are still drawing visitors, more slowly. "Pencil Vs 500 Layers Of Paper!!" is past 350,000, and "Every Art Supply Vs The Worlds Smallest Sketchbook!" is above 440,000. Those two titles show how the channel works: one art tool against one ridiculous obstacle.

Overall it was a slower week than usual. Daily views ran at roughly half their normal level, and the subscriber count held at 403,000. Bart still ranked third among the nine art and craft channels nearest his size for views gained this week. abbyrosecases had a very big week, while DTM_art and Mister Brush were also busy.
