Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Trust and banishment can wait a moment: Miranda Hart and Julie Hesmondhalgh have chocolate storage to settle. Their Celebrity Traitors clip came within a whisker of being the BBC channel's most watched new upload, drawing about 70,000 views. Claudia Winkleman's game of concealed loyalties evidently leaves room for a more domestic disagreement.

Hesmondhalgh also appears in a separate upload praising Maya Jama's play as a traitor. Together, the clips offer two sides of the celebrity edition: the strategic scrutiny and the conversations that have little to do with finding the person plotting against you.

The BBC posted 15 videos across the week. Alexander Skarsgård's gift of costume nipples to Graham Norton attracted the largest new audience and also has the most momentum across the channel. Beyond the unusual present, viewers are discussing his sweater and suggesting alternative uses for the costume pieces, including earrings and cufflinks.

Norton's sofa supplied a more consequential television update, too: Ayo Edebiri confirms that The Bear has ended for good. Edebiri, who plays chef Sydney Adamu, appears alongside Olivia Colman, Skarsgård and John Malkovich.

Across the channel, weekly viewing reached roughly 27 million, although daily views are running at less than half their usual level. Subscribers were unchanged. Prime Video also had a substantial viewing week, while nearby HISTORY and Dropout are experiencing slower-than-usual daily viewing.

For a gentler change of subject, Queen Camilla's contribution to The Book That Changed My Life describes quiet reading with the King, occasionally interrupted by his laughter at a book.
