Doctor Mike UNHINGED Hot Ones
What gets viewers talking when Doctor Mike enters the Hot Ones world? Not just the heat. Under "Doctor Mike UNINGED Hot Ones," the conversation keeps returning to cookies dunked in milk, sentences that never quite reach their destination, and a medical abbreviation that needs translating.
The upload has passed five million views, making it the most watched of Mike's four new videos. Viewers are discussing the back-and-forth as much as the medicine: some single out the cookie conversation, while others help explain that SBO means small bowel obstruction. A separate upload, "Playing OPERATION on Hot Ones 🔥," gives the familiar medical board game its own turn.
Away from the hot sauce, "Doctor & Astronaut React To 9-1-1 Space Episode" brings Mark Kelly into the reaction format. Kelly's experience as a space shuttle astronaut makes him a particularly relevant guest for examining television's approach to emergencies beyond Earth.
The newest addition, "What Killed Every World Leader," shifts into medical history, with Lindsey Fitzharris credited for fact-checking and co-writing. It currently draws the most daily views of any upload on the channel, with the Hot Ones video next.
Across the channel, daily viewing is roughly a third above its usual pace, although subscribers were unchanged over the week. Mike also had the largest weekly viewing total among the neighboring health channels here. Dr. Eric Berg DC added subscribers, while PsycheTruth had a quieter viewing week. For Mike, the week's distinctive mix was medical expertise with room for a cookie-and-milk detour.
