Officers find Victoria Sims' car at a Monday Road property, then hear her phone ringing inside a garbage bin. That discovery supplies the central turn in Dr Insanity's only new upload, which has reached about 2.8 million views.

"Ringing Phone In Trash Can Leads Police To Serial Killer's Secret Hideout" reconstructs the investigation into the disappearances of Oluwatoyin "Toyin" Salau and Victoria "Vicki" Sims in Tallahassee. It begins with searches and a missing-person call, following Detective Nick Roberts' investigation as the two cases converge. Bodycam footage carries much of the account, with maps and narration connecting the locations. The documentary includes a paid sponsor segment.

The search ends with police finding both women dead. The film then follows a bus-terminal arrest in Orlando and the subsequent confession, before reaching the court proceedings and two consecutive life sentences without parole for Aaron Glee Jr. Viewers are discussing the notification to Sims' family and the forgiveness offered in court, two moments that shift the focus from investigative procedure to the people left behind.

The new documentary currently draws the most daily views among the channel's active titles. August's "Rich Mass Killer Realizes She's Been Caught 8 Years Later" also remains active, approaching 39 million views.

Across the catalog, Dr Insanity added roughly 18 million views over seven days and continued gaining subscribers. Its current daily viewing is below its usual pace, while MrBallen and 48 Hours are seeing higher-than-usual daily activity. For Dr Insanity, the Tallahassee documentary is the week's sole addition and its most active upload.
