Then came Che, who Hasan says reached out to arrange their interview. The Saturday Night Live comedian discussed writing as a Black man on the show, suppressing one's perspective, how sketches get made and what comedy is for. That conversation was among the channel's busiest videos, giving the political slate a substantial comedy detour rather than a quick guest cameo.

Across the channel, daily viewing was somewhat below its usual pace, though subscribers grew over the week. Breaking Points and The Majority Report also had substantial weekly audiences, while ContraPoints was comparatively quiet. For Hasan, the Che interview remained an active draw alongside the latest White House reaction.
