Hero DW brings superhero landings through the sliding door
Josh and Cole join a living-room entrance contest that drew nearly half a million views in its first eight hours.
Why this story? The video opened at a pace of 1,026,734 views a day, 10 times a normal first day on this channel (97,534).
Who can do the Best Super Hero Entrance 🤔 Violet as the judge @ok_cole @JoshGovero
Josh makes his entrance from an outdoor trampoline, coming through the sliding door and dropping into a superhero landing. Cole follows with a kneeling pose. Hero DW takes a different approach: walk in casually, then stand with hands on hips.
That is the setup for a short comedy challenge with Violet judging from the couch. The grand entrances are only half the joke; the contestants also have to wait for her verdict. Cole tries coaxing a score out of her, while Hero supplies commentary before taking his own turn.
The Short reached roughly 490,000 views in eight hours, a much faster start than the channel's usual Shorts. It also has company: "Who can Escape without getting Crushed but it gets Higher 💀" made an unusually strong start of its own.
Superhero movement is familiar territory for Hero DW, but the living-room judging panel gives it a different shape. His most-watched regular videos include "I Brought the Spider-Verse to Real Life!" and "Miles & Peter Late for School POV!" Here, nobody needs a costume or a school-day storyline. A trampoline, a doorway and someone willing to give a score supply the premise.
