Justin Flom mixes costume reveals with a trick-or-treater warning

His Halloween-heavy lineup accompanies another unusually large day of subscriber growth, with the family-themed upload still the largest of his recent videos.

Why this story? The channel is adding 99,974 subscribers a day, 6.4 times a normal day (15,713).

Justin Flom usually adds subscribers by the tens of thousands. His latest daily gain was closer to 100,000, more than six times his usual pace, while his recent uploads have been leaning into costumes and Halloween surprises.

The largest of those videos is still "This family wins Halloween. 🎃 👻", posted earlier this month and now approaching 55 million views. As we reported here, that upload was already part of the picture during an earlier subscriber surge. It remains much more watched than the newer entries in his Halloween lineup.

Those include "When she turns around and shows the costume! 🎃😆" and "Trick or treaters are gonna freak!" The first puts a costume reveal in the title; the second promises a fright for visitors. For a creator whose channel description highlights spray-paint art and a "Trap-Door-House," seasonal surprises fit alongside his usual interest in transforming ordinary spaces.

The subscriber jump is much sharper than the increase in daily views. It is not clear which upload, or combination of uploads, brought the new subscribers in.
