Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

SML STEVE’S HILARIOUS CARD TRICK!

"MARVIN IS ON THE FROOT LOOPS BOX!" is the newest SuperMarioLogan-style sketch on Lance Thirtyacre's channel, and it passed 18,000 views in its first day. The story is right there in the title: Marvin, one of the long-running puppet characters from SML, ends up on a cereal box. It is the upload with real momentum now, drawing views far faster than anything else from the week.

Lance, who co-created SML with his brother Logan, uses this channel as the workshop behind the main show. Three of the five uploads are *BTS* cuts of SML Movies: "Marvin's Cereal Box", "Jeffy's Big Scare" and "Junior's Bad Deal", the last posted only hours ago. The cereal-box episode gets both the finished sketch and a look at how it was made. "SML STEVE'S HILARIOUS CARD TRICK!", with Steve the magician's son-in-law of the SML world, drew the most views of the week, though it has since slowed to a gentle pace.

Overall the channel ran below its usual daily views, and subscribers held level. Most comedy sketch channels nearby were in the same soft patch, JJEverettRose and Rudy Ayoub among them. Lando Kalriz was the exception, running above his normal pace.
