Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Real or Fake Boys and Girls#shorts

LOL HQ posted three Shorts, but one accounts for almost all the attention on the new arrivals: "Real or Fake Boys and Girls#shorts" has passed four million views. This is an editor's collection of TV comedy, not a show made by the channel, and the recognition factor is doing some of the conversational work.

Several viewers identify Freddie Prinze Jr., familiar as Fred in the live-action Scooby-Doo films, and pick up on the character being called Uncle Freddie. Others imagine a spin-off or describe missing these sitcoms. The comments make the clip feel like a small reunion with familiar television faces.

"Don't play favorites#shorts" has had a much smaller start, while "Once upon a time...#shorts" is only a few hours into its run. Beyond the new posts, "Jason moved in with George...#shorts" and "What does a ring symbolize?#shorts" remain substantial daily draws.

The channel added about 3,000 subscribers over the week, and its daily views are running above their usual level. Nearby in subscriber size, Nyxalis Moive also had a substantial viewing week, while Jungle Mist was quieter than usual. For LOL HQ, the Uncle Freddie clip remains the busiest part of the collection.

What viewers say

The fact that he’s Fred in scooby doo and she calls him uncle Freddie is my favorite. This weirdly felt like a cross over episode for a tv show that didn’t exist.
