Heelys or a travel? Lord Hec questions a basketball glide

A baseline move brings a startled reaction and a sneaker joke, with the Short already well beyond the channel's usual first-day audience.

Why this story? The video opened at a pace of 144,558 views a day, 20 times a normal first day on this channel (7,384).

did he just levitate for a second

The player jumps along the baseline and seems to keep gliding. Above the basketball footage, Lord Hec's eyes widen: "Nah, did he just slide on the court with Heelys?"

That question is the hook of "did he just levitate for a second," a reaction Short on the clips channel. The basketball footage carries the on-screen handle @Randalltwins; Hec supplies the double take, not the original play.

The upload reached roughly 97,000 views in its first 12 hours, already many times the channel's usual full-day audience for Shorts. It's a quick visual puzzle, with barely any setup before the movement that prompts Hec's question.

Viewers pick up his wheeled-sneaker joke, imagining a referee inspecting the soles. Others focus on whether the move should count as traveling, while a few defend the absence of a call. The clip doesn't establish that anyone is wearing Heelys. That's Hec's explanation for a basketball move that momentarily looks more like skating.
