Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Will Pokemon address this in Winds & Waves

Regional forms or something more like Wugtrio? That is one viewer's question beneath Lore Keeper Toby's “The first lore of Winds and Waves,” with Tropius getting a hopeful mention too. The channel's sole new upload reached about 1,500 views in its first five hours, opening another Pokémon discussion without making this a packed release week.

The strongest daily activity among Toby's older videos belongs to “Pokemon just released this and it's ALMOST perfect,” his look at the Pokémon ecology book Pokecology. Behind it comes “The consequences are WORSE than you think,” which discusses what losing Pokémon Bank connections would mean for access to Pokémon and gameplay features. His Pokopia lore exploration also continues to pick up views.

Nearby gaming channels had a range of weeks: Luke Stephens LIVE added a substantial weekly audience, while GameUnboxingReviews had a smaller viewing week. Toby's subscriber count was unchanged, just below 300,000, and his current daily views were well below their usual pace. His catalog nevertheless added roughly 35,000 views over the week.
