- 2:26The Daily Dozen brings sports, geography and entertainment questions, with baseball memories along the way.
- 7:35Connections categories include superheroes, tennis shots and words beginning with the giant's familiar chant.
- 11:18Daily Orbs moves from Latin phrases into mathematical symbols and historical figures.
- 18:35A Winnie the Pooh species question leaves Northernlion searching his memory for one remaining character.
Northernlion can identify a South Korean monster movie, sort Connections categories and reach back for baseball memories. Naming the animals in Winnie the Pooh proves a different assignment.
In "Jeopardy used to be hard (Miscellaneous)," he gets stuck trying to recall Rabbit, whose name really ought to help. "Rabbit named Rabbit! Ah!" he says when the answer appears. Viewers keep returning to that concentrated silence in the comments, with one recalling the music from a Christopher Robin baseball game.
The daily browser-puzzle circuit drew roughly 117,000 views, the largest audience among his new uploads this week. It starts with The Host on Framed, then moves through sports and entertainment trivia, Connections, Latin phrases and mathematical symbols. The pleasure is in the detours as much as the answers: an old baseball name prompts, "Magglio Ordóñez, bro. I was there. I mean, I was alive."
Elsewhere, "In the shadows (Slay the Spire 2)" and "Not quite my tempo (Ratatan)" each approached six-figure audiences. Northernlion specifically bills the former as made-for-YouTube gameplay rather than a stream VOD. Haunted Heist and Jackbox also joined the week's variety.
Across the channel, views rose by about 3.8 million while subscribers held steady. That was a particularly busy week among similarly sized variety-gaming channels; OneyPlays and Blarg are currently drawing fewer daily views than usual.
The freshest momentum belongs to "I just can't put it down (Project Zomboid)," followed by another Jackbox session and "I'm a poet and I know it (Miscellaneous)." The daily puzzles have another installment already.
