- 11:52Life Is Strange's rewind mechanic lets the crew repeat a football encounter.
Slippy barely gets through the opening before Chris O'Neill supplies his own frog voice. OneyPlays' "BEST OF MAKING FUN OF CHARACTERS" turns familiar game faces into material for impressions, improvised dialogue and editor-assisted visual jokes, moving from Star Fox Zero to Sonic Forces and Resident Evil.
It was the week's most-watched new upload, reaching roughly 176,000 views. The compilation gives Jill Valentine and Barry Burton some absurd dialogue, pauses over Fox McCloud's facial geometry, and finds another visual tangent in Pseudoregalia's Steam artwork. The games change; the invitation to get distracted by a character design does not.
"BEST OF ARGUMENTS" drew nearly as large an audience and is currently adding views faster. Alongside those themed compilations, the Last of Us playthrough continued with "A Delicious Marinara in THE LAST OF US" and "Calling Joel and Neil in THE LAST OF US," among other episodes. That is a little more progress since the series' opening prompted viewers to wonder whether it would ever reach the end.
Across the channel, weekly views topped two million, while the subscriber count slipped. Daily viewing is currently below its usual level, a pattern also seen among several similarly sized gaming channels. Northernlion is having a busier-than-usual spell.
The freshest momentum belongs to horror: "THE BATHHOUSE | 地獄銭湯," a PC playthrough of the Restored Edition, passed 110,000 views within nine hours. It and "RESIDENT EVIL 9 REQUIEM" are now the channel's fastest-moving uploads.
