Wirt gets a misprinted face and a custom hat on Sam Builds
An Over the Garden Wall minifigure takes several printer tests, then a separate build for its unusually pointy headwear.

The jig wouldn't cooperate. Sam's attempt to print Wirt from Over the Garden Wall produced a detached head, a doubled face and a useful little lesson in checking your template before blaming the equipment.
The busiest of Sam Builds' four uploads this week follows those tests rather than hiding them. Using Mirkosa's 3D-printed alignment jig in a UV printer, Sam discovers that his digital layout doesn't match the physical setup. Poster putty helps secure the jig, but the eventual solution is to print the pieces on a flat LEGO baseplate. "We learn from our tests and our mistakes," he says. The Short has reached roughly 484,000 views.
Viewers are talking about their autumn rewatches of the series, the resemblance between the printing mishaps and Gravity Falls' paper-jam Dipper, and the possibility of an official Over the Garden Wall set. Sam's next upload tackles Wirt's hat: unable to find an existing piece pointy enough, he 3D-prints his own.
Elsewhere, an old LEGO tub supplies the picture for a Toucan Sam reconstruction using pieces already on hand. A longer Kpop Demon Hunter minifigure tutorial opens up the whole process, from sketch to finished build, with printer-setting adjustments along the way.
Across the channel, subscribers grew by about 10,000 over the week, while daily views are modestly above their usual level. Kalitaku and Massoyan Jewelers also had substantial weeks among nearby craft channels; Nakshi Kantha World's daily viewing has risen sharply.
Sam's older "LEGO or ELGO? #LEGO #legos #AFOL #legomoc #legobuild #legoaddict" remains his strongest daily viewing draw. Among the new builds, Wirt's hat and his troublesome printed face are now drawing almost the same daily audience.
