They want different things. Sitting alongside Ian and Slurpy, Kaye explains that slob clan's departure announcement comes down to a creative split: he and Ian want to stay with gaming, while Slurpy wants to make something else.
"We're Roblox creators, we're gaming creators. Slurpy doesn't want to be that anymore," Kaye says. The group describes the decision for Slurpy to step down as mutual, following busy individual schedules and difficulty finding a shared direction.
The announcement drew roughly 3,000 comments in its first day, more than nine times the channel's usual response. Views were ordinary for the channel. Among the messages are farewells, thanks for Slurpy's videos and promises to keep watching both him and the remaining group. Some viewers ask him to stay.
Kaye also traces the name back to a Fortnite clan formed in 2022, long before the Roblox collaborations that brought this lineup together. That history gives the sit-down a different rhythm from the channel's recent Among Us tricks and horror-game trolling: this time, they begin by making clear the title isn't a joke.
Slurpy adds that he is moving away geographically, which will make in-person collaborations less frequent. His closing thanks looks back to where the partnership began: "I'm very glad it all started with Slob."
