If you ever see the Cat in the Hat in the Playground... RUN FAST!

Where does Stromedy's Cat in the Hat story go after the haunted bridge? The playground is the setting promised by "If you ever see the Cat in the Hat in the Playground... RUN FAST!", the channel's only new upload this week.

This is staged thriller entertainment, not a real creature sighting: Kyle Godfrey creates and plays Stromedy, and the channel says its adventures are filmed on controlled sets. The familiar children's-book character gets a distinctly less reassuring role here.

The playground upload has passed a million views. In the comments, viewers trade sightings of the hat, point toward an attic sequence and revisit memories of the older squad. Some explicitly discuss watching it as fiction, making the hunt for details part of the conversation rather than simply asking whether the creature is real.

Across the channel, daily viewing is a little below its usual pace, while the subscriber count is unchanged over the week. Nearby sketch channels Speed McQueen and yoangelolo had much larger weekly audiences and added subscribers; Stromedy landed around the middle of this group for weekly views.

The haunted bridge remains the busiest stop in Stromedy's catalog right now. "Drone catches REAL Cat in the Hat on Haunted Bridge (We found him!!)" is drawing nearly twice the daily views of the playground installment, with "He lives in this Tunnel…" also keeping the older thriller shelf active.
