A serve that looks rewound: Tech Flicker's volleyball 'phantom' splits the comments
The clip passed half a million views in three days, and viewers are arguing over whether the trick is real play or a reversed video.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
Cheating or 400 IQ Volleyball Move? 🤯🏐
Tech Flicker sits in the middle of the clips channels nearest its size, fifth by subscribers and sixth for views gained over the seven days, well behind INCIDENT TV and StompnWorld, which are both having enormous runs. Its own pace, though, is ahead of normal: a little over 1.2 million views a day, against a usual day nearer 800,000.
Three uploads went out, all sports. The one doing the talking is "Cheating or 400 IQ Volleyball Move?", a short clip of a serve the description bills as a trick defenders cannot read. Three days in, it has passed half a million views, and the comment section has turned into a courtroom. Most viewers are convinced the footage simply runs backwards, and the most liked reply just names the technique after the rewind button. A few insist moves like it turn up in real national matches. Others reach for anime instead, with Haikyuu and a Jujutsu Kaisen "Black Flash" both getting a mention.
The other two were quieter. A strongman clip, credited to @simmons_strength, had its crowd on day one and then settled, while a hurdle drill posted only hours ago was already moving briskly.
The heavy lifting, as so often here, is done by older material. A biker clip from early September, billed as a job no AI could take over, has passed 22 million views and is still the channel's busiest video, with a goalkeeper reflex reel from the same month close behind. Around 2,000 new subscribers arrived over the seven days.
