Thousands of viewers turned the family's guessing-game Short into a vote, and most of them backed the same player.

The title asks viewers to choose between five numbers, and the comment section settled on its answer almost at once: four. "1,2,3,4 or 5?", a Short The Smily Fam posted on Thursday, passed two million views in its first fifteen hours, on a channel where a new Short more often ends its first day in the tens of thousands.

The title gives nothing away, and the video leaves the verdict to the people watching, a habit this family has built many of its game Shorts around. This time the audience took the job seriously. A Short here usually gathers a couple of dozen comments on its first day. This one drew thousands, most of them a single vote. "Team 4" is the phrase of the day, and one of the most liked replies casts player four as the tortoise of the old fable, the one who wins by being slow and steady. Others single out players two and four for the best reactions at the end, and one viewer, who admits to always picking five, concedes that four took this round.

It was not the family's only good start that day. "Last One Standing Wins!", posted alongside it, also ran far past a usual first day, though at roughly a third of the pace. And the uploads keep coming: by the next day a basketball race, a "Biggest Fish Wins!" round, a game of pop tic-tac-toe and a Halloween edition of the board-sorting game had joined the shelf.

All of it lands with the channel within a whisker of five million subscribers, after adding tens of thousands of them in the past week.
