Best sisters for the groom: Warden Bates's wedding, behind the scenes
Carlin and Evan Stewart's one upload follows the family from a lake weekend to the reception, and its comments keep coming back to a dancer with a glow stick.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
A Bates Family Wedding...Behind The Scenes!
"A Bates Family Wedding...Behind The Scenes!" is the only new video on The Stewart Fam, and it is a family occasion in the fullest sense. Carlin Stewart, one of the Bates siblings from Bringing Up Bates, and her husband Evan take the camera through her brother Warden's wedding weekend to Kaybree. The description promises the whole run of it: relatives arriving in town, a lake weekend, the rehearsal, coffee runs, hotel hangs and finally the celebration itself.
The comment section has its own highlights. Many viewers point out that Warden put his sisters on his side of the altar instead of the usual groomsmen. Even more are talking about one guest, an older woman dancing with a glow stick at the very end, and several want to know who she is. The video opened with close to 100,000 views on its first day and has since passed 175,000.
The real momentum on the channel sits a month back, though. A Short about returning to their honeymoon spot seven years later, this time with three kids, is closing in on nine million views and still drives most of the channel's daily traffic. A clip of a little one reaching for her parent as a plane lands is still moving too.
The week ran a little above the channel's usual pace, and about 4,000 new subscribers came along. Among the couples and family channels closest in size, Lyndsay and Kunal and The Lewis Family had very big weeks, while MavAndKenzie and THE DASHLEYS were well below their usual. For the Stewarts, a wedding and an old honeymoon clip did the work together.

At a traditional wedding, the groom's chief attendant is the best man. What is the bride's chief attendant usually called?
The maid of honor (or matron of honor, if she is married) stands beside the bride, just as the best man stands beside the groom.
