Questions about supervision, rather than a confirmed cause of death, anchor TMZ's most-watched upload of the week. In "Tragic Update In Presley Gerber Death Scandal... | TMZ," the newsroom reports that another resident had overdosed at the same sober living home months earlier and was revived by first responders.

The hosts discuss what supervision a sober home should provide and the distinction between that setting and medical care. Toxicology results remain pending; an estimate offered on air for their arrival is explicitly a host's guess. The segment drew roughly 58,000 views in its opening nine hours and also carries the strongest daily viewing momentum among the channel's uploads.

TMZ posted 15 videos across the week. Its separate newsroom livestream, featuring Harvey Levin and staffers running through the day's stories, is another active draw. A Jalen Hurts installment of TMZ In The Know rounds out the uploads gathering the most daily views, while the broader lineup also includes Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift and the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

The channel added about 10,000 subscribers over seven days, although daily views are currently below their usual pace. That combination gives this week a quieter overall backdrop than the volume of newsroom updates might suggest: new subscribers are arriving, while the Gerber report and the live newsroom coverage supply the clearest points of viewing momentum.
