A Breaking Bad remembrance amid TMZ Clips' Washington interviews

The channel approaches a million daily views, with its RJ Mitte remembrance drawing a much larger audience than its other recent uploads.

Why this story? The whole channel is running at 969,578 views a day, 12 times a normal day (80,915).

TMZ Clips' newest political interviews are not its most watched recent uploads. That distinction belongs to "'Breaking Bad' Star Opens Up About RJ Mitte's Death | TMZ," which has reached nearly 600,000 views since its October 13 posting.

The channel's daily views have climbed to almost a million, far above its usual pace. The remembrance is the clear standout among its recent uploads, though its total views do not establish how much it contributed to that day's increase.

As we reported here, Luis Moncada shared memories of Mitte in the channel's coverage. That remembrance remains prominent alongside a different set of conversations: Craig Robinson saying his sister Michelle Obama will not run for president, and Pete Buttigieg commenting on Donald Trump. Both Washington-focused interviews were posted after the Breaking Bad clip, but have drawn much smaller audiences so far.
