Orange hair, elf ears: Vixella gives random genetics a Halloween twist
Her only upload of the week builds a Sims family around black, orange and purple, with some wonderfully impractical wardrobe choices.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

The palette sets the rules. Vixella returns to random genetics with Halloween colors, then lets The Sims 4 supply the family-planning complications.
In "random genetics but it's HALLOWEEN 🎃 (sims 4)", the first parent, Christy Muse, gets teal skin and vibrant orange hair. Her randomized traits make an oddly fitting combination: Green Fiend, Cat Lover and Chased by Death. Carter Nowak brings glowing amber eyes, pointed ears and a wardrobe that wanders through sweaters, patterned socks and mesh shirts. Matching outfits were apparently not part of the arrangement.
The week's sole upload has passed 108,000 views and is easily Vixella's busiest video right now. The comments offer plenty of ideas for another round: costume-only custom content, occult Sims and a genetics experiment involving ghosts. Other viewers spot a resemblance between Christy's first outfit and Miss Argentina, the waiting-room receptionist in Beetlejuice.
Across the channel, views are running a little above their usual daily pace, while the subscriber count held steady over the week. Among nearby simulation channels, James Turner is having a particularly busy day at nearly twice his usual viewing level; lilsimsie's daily views are somewhat below her norm.
Vixella's ongoing household stories have not disappeared beneath the costumes. "look at the BABYYYY 🥕 very veggie legacy #62 (the sims 4)" remains her next-busiest upload, followed by the older "can i make a sim using only ONE color in the sims 4?" That one chose pink. This week's black, orange and purple gives her Create-a-Sim experiments a rather different wardrobe.

What viewers say
You should download a bunch of Halloween themed costume content and only use the costume content in a future Halloween random genetic video.
@Forever_chyannSee it on YouTubeAm I the only one seeing the dead girl from Beetlejuice in the female's first outfit? The one in the waiting room as the receptionist. Miss Argentina.
@DeadRaven87See it on YouTubeI would love to see you do a random genetics with two ghost sims. Or just make a ghost sim solely in ghost form and see how it looks at the end outside of ghost form.
