Touchline tweaks give WorkTheSpace fresh FM27 talking points

The match-engine preview shares a three-upload week with bugs and an old mistake in FM26's Zero to Hero save.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

FM27 Just Made Matches WAY More Interesting...FM27 Just Made Matches WAY More Interesting...

FM27 drew the biggest crowd. WorkTheSpace's "FM27 Just Made Matches WAY More Interesting..." reached about 75,000 views, making it the most watched of three new uploads and the channel's busiest individual video for daily views right now.

Jack's preview digs into player movement, defending and skill moves, alongside the new Tactical Tweaks system for making changes from the touchline. That last part gives the discussion a practical edge: one viewer singles out the swap-wings instruction after years of making the change manually. Others want the comparisons screen back so they can judge their squad's attributes against league averages, or ask for the familiar 2D match view.

The ongoing FM26 save supplied a different kind of managerial homework. "There Are MORE Bugs... | FM26 Zero to Hero Club 7 #11" was followed by "My 2 Season Old Mistake Is Coming Back to Haunt Me | FM26 Zero to Hero Club 7 #12". The latter drew the larger audience of those two, though its title leaves the exact mistake tantalizingly unspecified.

Subscribers stayed level, while today's channel viewing is roughly half its usual daily pace. Among nearby sports-gaming channels, Even More Chuff had a particularly busy viewing week; lollujo's was smaller than WorkTheSpace's.

The FM27 interest also extends beyond the newest preview. "Football Manager 27 Is Changing How Matches Look..." remains active, with Jack's earlier look at stadium variety, lighting, weather and even 3D grass offering the visual half of this match-day conversation.

What viewers say

  • The swap wings instruction is a life saver. I did that manually so often in the past 😅
  • I think this looks really good so far I can't lie.

I'd like to see them bring back the comparisions screen, so I can see what the average attributes of a league are (and where my players compare).

  • All I want is the 2d match day version from fm24 😭

  • I agree with you WTS, I hope they don't show players doing rabonas etc at much lower league levels. They should be reserved for the top level players. And your suggestion on your X page for tactical pre-sets for certain game scenarios is a good suggestion.

  • I think for the shouts... Maybe if you do indvidual first and then whole team it excludes the ones you did individually. That would make sense and make it easy to exclude them

  • Can’t wait for the updates to 2D classic…
