Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

I Opened an Art School

Half a million views have gathered around ZHC Crafts' latest teaching assignment. Despite the grand title, "I Opened an Art School" has a more manageable premise: Zach and his friends teach a real art class for a day.

It was the channel's only new upload, and the classroom has given viewers plenty to discuss beyond the finished artwork. Some single out Jake's teaching during the second period; others wish their own schools could get the same visit. One suggestion for another project takes things back to basics: make art using only Dollar Tree supplies.

The school outing is also the channel's busiest video right now, drawing substantially more daily views than either of the other uploads gathering momentum. Those offer two different kinds of handiwork: "Best Crochet Art Wins $10,000!" features crochet outfits for a baby, while "Best Roblox Art Wins $1,000" challenges professional artists to play Roblox Speed Draw.

Across the channel, the week brought about 2.8 million views with subscribers unchanged. Today's viewing is somewhat above its usual pace. Among nearby art-and-craft channels, TD BRICKS had a growing week and Artistomg is enjoying an especially busy day. For ZHC Crafts, though, the freshest attraction is a change of role: the artists becoming the teachers.
