Capo & Taya's dachshund sits out the tug-of-war

A denim vest, a tablet and an abrupt change of pace give the channel's familiar rematch routine a different finish.

Dachshund knows how to act #dog #dogs

The countdown starts, and the dachshund in a denim vest goes straight to work, tapping a tablet with paws and nose while a human finger plays the other side. Then the tapping stops. The dog sits back and watches the digital tug-of-war carry on without its help.

That little pause is the turn in Capo & Taya's "Dachshund knows how to act #dog #dogs," which drew an estimated 120,000 views in its first day. A usual Short on the channel starts closer to a thousand.

The channel has made rematches a recurring theme, with titles promising another round or celebrating a dachshund victory. Here, the contrast is between the frantic opening and the quiet spectator the dog becomes just seconds later. There is no speech to explain the change of plan.

The tablet gets some attention in the comments, too: viewers ask what device is being used and joke about what its screen endures during a game with the dog.
