How to REPAIR a DOWNRIGGER CABLE! (Easiest Way)
A frayed cable is a less spectacular fishing subject than a boatful of salmon, but it gives Kevin Fox's viewers something useful to revisit during an upload break. "How to REPAIR a DOWNRIGGER CABLE! (Easiest Way)" has the strongest daily viewing of the channel's highlighted older videos, more than a year after it was posted.
The tutorial covers cutting stainless steel cable, attaching a replacement end and using a snubber to reduce shock. It is the maintenance side of a channel that usually helps viewers find fish, choose bait and work out how to target them.
For the on-water side, Kevin and Mitch's Georgian Bay outing offers "22 SALMON JIGGING… in ONE DAY! (A NEW RECORD) Fox Fishing 4K Ultra HD". The description recounts a day spent adjusting bait, location and jigging cadence before landing the catch celebrated in the title. Another active outing takes Kevin and Mitch onto Lake Ontario, with Rakesh joining in the afternoon, during a trip the description places amid tornado warnings.
The channel added roughly 38,000 views across the week, while subscribers remained unchanged. Daily viewing is currently about half its usual level. Nearby outdoors channels had varied weeks: Samson's Whitetail Mountain drew a much larger audience, while Fox's weekly views were close to Haze Outdoors and Tanner Farmstead. With no new uploads, Kevin's collection offered both the fishing trip and the equipment job that comes before it.
