Turning shudders and misleading warnings occupy Fixbook's repair week

Jordan posted eight automotive explainers, covering Audi clutch fluid, Honda startup shaking and BMW hybrid software.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

A vibration on a tight turn can send a repair conversation straight toward expensive hardware. Jordan's new Fixbook uploads center on looking more closely before getting there, with Audi and Subaru turning shudders providing two versions of that diagnostic puzzle.

"Audi Vibration Humming Noise on Turns? It's Not The Rear Differential" drew the largest audience of the week's uploads, reaching just over 500 views. Jordan points to fluid in the Quattro Ultra clutch coupling and describes a flushing procedure and control-module reset, rather than differential replacement. The Subaru explainer follows a related symptom into the all-wheel-drive transfer clutch, outlining a test intended to distinguish that problem from a failing CVT.

The Honda startup-shaking video is drawing the most daily views among the channel's active uploads. Its focus is different: coolant entering the combustion chambers through a failing head gasket. Jordan also discusses checking warranty coverage, giving the title's "FREE FIX!" a specific context rather than presenting it as a universal promise.

Elsewhere, the BMW hybrid and Dodge Durango explainers describe software remedies for warnings that could be mistaken for hardware failures. A Kia misfire video takes the less obvious route of examining an alternator pulley.

Fixbook added roughly 129,000 views across its collection, while its subscriber count stayed unchanged. Today's viewing is less than half its usual daily level. Among similarly sized motoring channels, carsales had a much larger viewing week, while Sloppy Mechanics and DoctaM3 were quieter. For Jordan, the new uploads kept the focus firmly on diagnosis: similar symptoms, but very different parts and procedures behind them.
