Jojo Sim's almost-missed ride is an ambulance

A neck brace and a desperate sprint turn an emergency vehicle into the getaway car in his fast-starting comedy sketch.

I Almost Missed My Ride 😅

The rear door opens, and the passenger who should presumably be on the stretcher is still out in the street, running after it.

That is the setup for Jojo Sim's "I Almost Missed My Ride 😅," a staged comedy sketch in which a man wearing a neck brace chases a moving ambulance. He trips, gets back up and keeps signaling for the vehicle to stop. "Wait! Wait! Wait!" he calls, before a man inside reaches out to help.

The Short has drawn about 125,000 views in 13 hours, already several times the audience Jojo's Shorts usually reach over a full first day. That brisk opening comes while viewing across the channel as a whole is below its usual daily pace.

Other recent uploads lean on girlfriend misunderstandings and a Porsche-driving premise. Here, the joke needs little explanation: the ambulance has left without its patient.
