My new morning routine opening up our Pilates studio ~ Holy Reformer in Adderbury! #reformerpilates

The matchbox says "FEEL THE BURN," but Josie's first task is getting an actual fire going. At Holy Reformer, her newly opened Pilates studio in an old Adderbury chapel, the morning starts with clearing yesterday's ash from the wood-burning stove.

Her opening-routine Short has drawn about 46,000 views before its first full day is over, already well beyond her usual Shorts audience. The comments are roughly five times as busy as a typical first day, with viewers picking out the plants, autumn decorations and even the bathroom vanity.

The chapel's new purpose was the reveal earlier this month. This video shows what happens once the renovation becomes a working business: outdoor boots swapped for indoor mules, diffusers switched on, stray cleaning towels collected from the worship hall. Josie chooses music, makes another pass with the vacuum and checks the air purifier before preparing a cortado.

There is gentle chapel humor among the practical jobs. Water and electrolytes are restocked beside the font, beneath a "HOLY WATER" sign. The engraved matchbox carries the studio's name as well as its warming instruction.

Her longer vlogs have included the studio launch party and first class. Here, the opening routine ends with the instructor and attendees arriving, the worship-hall doors closing, and Josie settling beside the fire with her laptop to handle the administration.
