There's Nothing Quite like the Hoenn Region

Where do you go when partyarlie hasn't posted anything new? Hoenn is the busiest destination on the channel's existing shelf, with "There's Nothing Quite like the Hoenn Region" bringing in substantially more daily views than the other active videos.

Posted just before this upload-free week, the video turns to the region introduced in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire: a place of volcanic landscapes, ocean routes and rival teams with very different ideas about land and sea. The editing credit goes to @paulyrichey, while partyarlie's older "Playing Pokemon Yellow for the First Time in 2026..." credits the creator's own editing. That first visit to Yellow is also finding viewers months after it arrived, alongside "I Have a Superpower #pokemon."

The pause in posting didn't mean a pause in growth. The channel added about 2,000 subscribers and 343,000 views over seven days, and its daily viewing is currently a little above its usual pace. Among nearby gaming channels, that weekly audience was similar in size to SignsOfKelani's; Proxy Gate Tactician had a much larger viewing week, while Starcat was quieter. For partyarlie, the useful contrast is closer to home: a fresh Hoenn upload and a much older first encounter with Yellow are both keeping Pokémon on the menu.
