Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Built like a bear, acts like a lap pup 🐾#funnydogs#dog#doglover#pets

Plumley.funnypets gathered an animal cast with very different specialties: big-cat cubs, microphone-interrupting creatures, a cockatoo with destructive potential and dogs whose size apparently exceeds their sense of personal space. The clips channel posted seven uploads, with its gentle-giant collection reaching about 1.4 million views.

"Built like a bear, acts like a lap pup 🐾#funnydogs#dog#doglover#pets" is billed as a look at intimidating-looking dogs with softer dispositions. In the comments, viewers keep returning to an older woman's laughter and the spectacle of very large dogs being walked. Some exchange memories of encountering enormous dogs themselves; others settle on the simpler wish for a house horse.

The big-cat cub compilation was another substantial draw, pairing animal clips with a comparison between wild cubs and domestic kittens. But the cockatoo upload has the stronger momentum right now, second only to the big-dog collection among the channel's fastest-moving videos. The newer grandma-and-dog compilation follows, giving affectionate canine company another place in the week's mix.

The channel added roughly 5,000 subscribers over seven days. Daily viewing is currently well below its usual level, though its weekly view gain was the largest in its peer group. Nearby animal channel CHARLES Fun also added subscribers, while The Pawsbury's count stayed unchanged.

Not every animal premise found the same audience: curious creatures interrupting interviews drew much less viewing than the dogs and cubs. For Plumley.funnypets, this week's clearest draw was the contrast between a dog's imposing size and its lap-pup billing.
