Minecraft's rejected ideas get the Skip the Tutorial treatment

The channel's only new upload explores Mojang's discarded possibilities, with viewers proposing a use for the dragon egg.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

EVERY Idea Mojang Rejected For Minecraft

Skip the Tutorial devoted its sole new upload to the Minecraft that never quite happened. "EVERY Idea Mojang Rejected For Minecraft" gathers discarded possibilities under one expansive title, reaching about 205,000 views since its October 12 release.

The comments turn that premise into a suggestion box of its own. One viewer imagines a peaceful dragon hatched from the dragon egg and then tamed; others bring up the fletching table and gears, or debate connections to Minecraft Dungeons. Rejected ideas, it seems, don't necessarily stay filed away.

The new video is also the most active of the channel's highlighted uploads, followed by "EVERY Feature Notch Wanted In Minecraft" and "The Entire History Of Minecraft, And Everything Removed." Together, they give the catalog a particular theme: not just what players can build, but how differently the game itself might have been built.

Across the channel, daily viewing is running roughly a fifth above its usual pace, while the subscriber count stayed unchanged over seven days. Its weekly views were close to Bionic's, with camman18 having a much larger viewing week in the same Minecraft neighborhood. For Skip, the newest addition keeps the focus on Minecraft's unused possibilities rather than another in-game challenge.
