Speed McQueen has given his viewers a culinary question: what would Lionfield make of “bladeccini”? His cooking-themed Short has reached roughly 2.2 million views before its first day is over, well beyond his usual start.

Viewers describe the creation as knife-shaped pasta, but much of the conversation is about an imagined Italian response. Several picture Lionfield hearing about it, loudly withholding approval or preparing a reaction video. The duo's food-reaction comedy makes them a familiar reference for viewers encountering unconventional takes on Italian cooking. That is an audience joke, not an announced collaboration.

The comments are already almost five times as numerous as on a usual first day for one of McQueen's Shorts. Among the repeated Lionfield references, one viewer describes the cooking project as an elaborate side quest.

It is not his only fast starter: his friend-themed upload and “The Power of “TEACHER”” are also drawing unusually large early audiences. And the food titles keep producing landmarks. “The Perfect Turkraken,” posted earlier in the week, has passed ten million views.
