The Luxury Home Show covered plenty of ground across seven uploads, from a Chelsea apartment to a Costa del Sol villa with an F1 showroom. But the week's most-watched new tour finds its character in things that haven't been replaced.

At Le Gusciane, Luca Calvani and his husband Alessandro's restored Tuscan farmhouse, an antique armoire from Lucca supplies both a dining-room display cabinet and bookshelves upstairs. An original chestnut beam remains part of a guest suite. Calvani's approach gets a neat expression of its own: "I think when it's cozy, make it cozier."

"Touring Luca Calvani's Historic Italian Farmhouse and Country Estate" has reached roughly 69,000 views, comfortably the largest total among the week's uploads. Viewers are discussing the traditional kitchen, the combination of British-style interiors and Italian surroundings, and the care given to the grounds and animals.

Elsewhere, Rebecca Roe's Dublin renovation pairs a red-brick facade with a modern glazed extension. Marie Fe and Jake Snow's renovated townhouse returns in a new upload, while their longer Palma tour from earlier in the month remains among the channel's strongest sources of daily views. Calvani's farmhouse currently draws the most, with another Chelsea apartment upload also finding momentum.

Channel-wide daily viewing is nearly three times its usual pace, although subscribers were unchanged over the week. Among nearby home channels, Everyday Home Repairs is also drawing substantially more daily views than usual, while The Local Project is having a quieter spell. For The Luxury Home Show, this week's busiest new address is a farmhouse where even the old furniture has more than one job.

What viewers say

  • I like how you have kept it traditional and not gone the modern way more so your kitchen area.
  • Bellissimo, veramente! British interior style in an Italian casale and surroundings. The combination clearly works. One can see the love and care going into this property and I find it so heartwarming how these two gentlemen treat their animals, the four Dackel dogs and bees. I'd love to check in some day. Bravi!!
