Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Pumpkin Pie @ChefRush

The blender has competition in the noise department. Viewers of albert_cancook's "Pumpkin Pie @ChefRush" keep mentioning the pair screaming along with the machine, alongside plenty of recognition for their return together.

The pie video was the week's most-watched new upload, reaching nearly seven million views. It also carries the strongest daily momentum across the channel's active videos, well beyond both the new "Testing $5 Kitchen Gadgets" and the earlier "Lamb Syrne @GOREC_KZ."

Chef Rush is familiar company here. He also appears alongside Patrick Zeinali in "Mac & Cheese Donut @patrickzeinali @ChefRush," the channel's most-watched Short. That gives the pumpkin collaboration a place in an established run of food comedy, rather than making it an unexpected guest appearance. The comments focus on the reunion, the recurring scream and Rush pulling the pumpkin apart by hand.

Across the channel, the week brought about 51 million views while the subscriber count stayed unchanged. Daily viewing is currently comfortably above its usual level. Among nearby cooking channels, Nick DiGiovanni had a particularly substantial week for both views and new subscribers, while Amaury Guichon's subscriber count, like albert_cancook's, held steady. Here, the fresh pie collaboration is doing much of the immediate work.
