"This Guy's Way Too Tall": Athletes Club's next basketball curiosity

A height-themed Short starts quickly as the clips channel adds views at more than thirteen times its usual daily pace.

Why this story? The whole channel is running at 4,669,924 views a day, 13 times a normal day (349,650).

Athletes Club has followed its billion-view milestone with another unusually busy day, adding roughly 4.7 million views across the channel. The new arrival is a height-themed basketball Short, but Curry's disbelief remains the much larger draw among its recent uploads.

Posted Sunday, the new Short reached about 129,000 views in its first fourteen hours, already well beyond the channel's usual full-day audience for that format. It joins a run of basketball curiosities: apparent NBA glitches, players' fresh shoes and a ball getting stuck. Athletes Club is a clips channel, packaging sports footage and stories rather than posting as the players themselves.

As we reported here, the Curry clip accompanied the billion-view milestone. It still has by far the largest audience among these recent uploads, while the height-themed newcomer gives the channel a separate fast start.
