Disney Dreamlight Valley: The Keepsake Sea - Expansion Announcement Trailer

Turning into a Merfolk comes with more than a change of outfit: The Keepsake Sea promises underwater areas players can explore and customize. Its announcement trailer remains the most active upload on Disney Dreamlight Valley's official channel during a week with nothing new posted.

The trailer has passed 1.1 million views. Its unlikely traveling company brings together Milo Thatch from Atlantis: The Lost Empire, Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean and Megara from Hercules. The expansion's story sends players toward a distant kingdom across the sea, with echoes of its past to investigate. For a game built around Disney neighbors, that is an especially eclectic set of introductions.

Closer to home, "Disney Dreamlight Valley -- Season of Scares Update Trailer" is the next most active upload. Oogie Boogie takes charge of six weeks of Halloween challenges, something strange is happening in Scrooge's Store, and Jack Skellington's ghostly dog Zero is part of the offering.

The channel brought in about 22,000 views over the week, with subscribers unchanged and daily viewing well below its usual level. Nearby publisher channels have had busier weeks, notably Netflix Games, while LA Thieves has been quieter. Dreamlight Valley's smaller stream of attention also reaches the older Hannah Montana and Lizzie McGuire collection trailer, where secret-closet furniture and performance poses offer a very different kind of Disney transformation.
