Vienna's tunnels hide The Aristocrats on Dr Bob
Joe Cliff Thompson narrates the SCP-3288 adaptation, the most-watched of the channel's two new uploads.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
SCP-3288 The Aristocrats
Unexplained disappearances lead beneath Vienna in Dr Bob's newest animated horror story. "SCP-3288 The Aristocrats" follows a fictional predatory offshoot of humanity, with sewer entrances and access tunnels providing the ominous connection between cases.
The channel's adaptation credits SCP writer Metaphysician and narrator Joe Cliff Thompson. It reached roughly 47,000 views in its first 14 hours, making it the week's most-watched new upload and the channel's busiest video right now. Among the comments, recognition shares space with requests: some viewers remember another adaptation by The Rubber, while another wants a story about a newly discovered hive.
The other release, "The Most Disturbed Mental SCPs In Foundation History," takes the compilation route. Its nine entries include a telepathic therapist fly, a spoon that bends people and the deceptively snack-like Choco-Wonder Explosion Marshmallow Bites. Ordinary objects rarely get to stay ordinary in this corner of fiction.
Across the catalog, Dr Bob added about 1.9 million views over seven days, with subscribers unchanged. Daily viewing is a little below its usual level. Fellow SCP channel SCP Explained also had a substantial week, while Doctor NOS drew a much larger weekly audience.
Behind The Aristocrats, "SCP-3333 The Tower" remains the channel's next-busiest upload. Its premise turns a Washington fire lookout into an architectural nightmare: climb through the ceiling trapdoor and reach an identical lookout, complete with another ladder and another trapdoor.
