Duo has company-business to attend to. Duolingo's thirteen uploads included a store-themed DuoTV series, from "Episode 1 - Welcome to DuoMart! (DuoTV)" to "Episode 6 - The Night Shift (DuoTV Finale)." For the language-learning company's channel, these are mascot-led marketing entertainment rather than language lessons.

But the week's biggest new draw was "am i sugoi now?🥺 🎨: @brerbo", approaching a million views. The title's Japanese word roughly means "amazing," and viewers are discussing Duo's anime transformation, joking about what completing a lesson supposedly does to the owl. Several also pause to remind each other that this really is the company's official channel. That contrast is part of the joke: corporate communications, with considerably more anime.

The animation also has the strongest daily momentum among the channel's active uploads, comfortably above both the DuoTV finale and the store series' opening episode. DuoMart's welcome attracted the larger first-day audience, but the makeover has since accumulated more views.

Duolingo added 50,000 subscribers over the week, taking it beyond seven million, while daily viewing is moderately above its usual level. Nearby in the technology-company group, Google Chrome also had a substantial viewing week; Google for Developers gained views without a change in subscribers.

Elsewhere on Duolingo's upload page, the familiar lesson-reminder joke remains intact. "goodnight to everyone except people who forgot their lesson" offers a pointed bedtime greeting, while an animation credited to @lleahistired makes the choice explicit in its title: "clean my litter box or do your lesson 🎨: @lleahistired".
