Elise Ecklund's 'Growing Up Ugly' pulls level with a two-month-old favorite

Three days old, the new video is drawing almost exactly as many daily views as 'send this to a friend and say nothing,' which went up in late July.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Growing Up Ugly

Among the comedy sketch channels around her, IBella is the one having the loud week, pulling views at a pace nobody else in the group comes near. Elise Ecklund sits in the middle by subscribers and a little lower by daily views, just above LIGHTS ARE OFF and Vlog Creations, with her channel running right at its usual speed.

The interesting part is who is doing the running. "Growing Up Ugly," posted on Thursday, is already near 900,000 views and moving almost in step with "send this to a friend and say nothing," a 58-day-old upload that has passed five million and still has not slowed. Close behind is "Celebrating 7 years without arguing," barely a week old.

Of the other two new uploads, the day-old "How is this possible?!" opened quickly. "“No. I don’t even use filters”" has settled into a quieter rhythm.
