What does the Ruler of Death leave behind? In Genshin Impact's "Bequest," the answer is a feeling the whole world must face. The official channel's description frames Ronova's own encounter with mortality as something she passes on to Teyvat, with no way to stop its spread.

These are promotional cutscene uploads from HoYoverse's game, and the story-heavy pair supplied the week's main attraction. "Cutscene Animation: \"Bequest\" | Genshin Impact #GenshinImpact #StoriesofFrostSnow #GenshinSnezhnaya" reached roughly 373,000 views. In the comments, viewers single out the music accompanying the nail's breaking and the shakiness of Aiden Dawn's vocal performance. Others are busy trying to decipher obscured text, a suitably lore-minded response to a world-shaking premise.

"Cutscene Animation: \"Death Abides No Reason\" | Genshin Impact #StoriesofFrostSnow #GenshinSnezhnaya" had the stronger opening day, though "Bequest" has accumulated more views since. Its cast includes Richard Tatum as Pierro, Yuri Lowenthal as Dainsleif and Zach Aguilar as Aether, with the description questioning who truly commands the power of death.

The third upload changes the mood on the title alone: "Woo! Hahahaha! #GenshinImpact #Vodyanitsa #StoriesofFrostSnow #GenshinSnezhnaya" is currently drawing views slightly faster than either cutscene. Vodyanitsa remains a point of interest after her character-trailer spotlight.

Subscribers held steady, while daily channel views are running well below their usual pace. Among fellow game channels, League of Legends had a much larger viewing week and Nintendo of America is enjoying an above-usual day. For Genshin, the useful contrast is closer to home: Vodyanitsa's laughter accompanies a week dominated by Ronova's ominous farewell.
