Kenny For Real sizes up the NBA's "dangerous" early teams

Two season-opening uploads have each approached half a million views as his channel's daily viewing jumps sharply.

Why this story? The whole channel is running at 478,008 views a day, 9.8 times a normal day (49,020).

The predictions have given way to first impressions. After weighing the league's general managers' survey, Kenny For Real has followed the NBA's return with back-to-back uploads: "The NBA Season Is Back!" and "These NBA Teams Look Dangerous Already".

Both have drawn nearly half a million views, putting the newer pair close to the survey video's total already. It's a different stage of the basketball conversation: September's uploads posed a question for every team and picked breakout candidates; the new titles turn toward what teams are showing at the start of the season.

The channel is drawing roughly ten times its usual daily views. That is a channel-wide jump, not a view count for either individual upload, but it accompanies a clear change of pace in Kenny's posting: two videos on consecutive days after the week-long gap following his GM survey discussion.

Big NBA developments have long had a place here. His reaction to Luka Dončić's trade to the Lakers remains the channel's most-watched regular video, while these opening-season uploads bring the focus back to the league as a whole.
