I tested the most Futuristic Tech - it scared me.
A mouth-controlled trackpad has given viewers something more practical to discuss than whether the future looks cool. Under Mrwhosetheboss's "I tested the most Futuristic Tech - it scared me.", several commenters point to its potential for people who cannot use their hands. Others ask Arun Maini to put accessibility closer to the center of how these gadgets are judged.
The upload has reached about 13 million views, making it comfortably the most watched of his two new videos this week. Its description promises encounters with technology that chases, squeezes and cleans him from the inside, but the conversation is pleasingly specific: viewers compare the camera footage with an iPhone, debate electronic instruments and imagine uses for a charging hat. Several prefer the phone footage to the dedicated camera's results. Futuristic does not automatically mean preferable.
The other new arrival, "Rugged CASE vs Rugged PHONE", turns to a simpler hardware question. Posted only hours ago, it already has the channel's highest daily viewing rate, with the futuristic-tech upload close behind. "Which AI is smartest?" supplies another substantial stream of viewing from outside this week's releases.
Across the channel, weekly views reached roughly 41 million, the largest total among this selection of nearby gadget channels. Marques Brownlee is having a particularly busy day relative to his usual viewing, while Unbox Therapy is quieter than usual. Maini's own daily views are modestly above their normal pace, but his subscriber count finished the week unchanged.
