Both fit Nguyen's real-estate world, which stretches from property projects to the everyday decisions of being a landlord. His recent uploads also include advice on choosing a rental refrigerator and a lot where he told the owner not to build accessory dwelling units. Here, the longest relationship in that rental business supplies the simplest premise: after decades, the tenants are leaving.
