Thach Nguyen's rental-focused channel hits a half-million-view day

The long-tenancy video has passed two million views, while his redevelopment pitch offers a different side of the property business.

Why this story? The whole channel is running at 531,881 views a day, 8.9 times a normal day (59,727).

A tenant move-out is still the standout among Thach Nguyen's recent uploads, but the bigger change today is across his channel: daily views have climbed to roughly nine times their usual level.

The channel drew more than half a million views in a day. That jump comes as "My tenants just moved out after 27 years #realestate" passes two million views, extending the attention we reported here when it crossed its first million.

Nguyen posted that rental story alongside a much bigger-money proposition: a video outlining his plan to turn a property bought for hundreds of thousands of dollars into a multimillion-dollar development. The tenant upload has drawn far more views so far.

Those two subjects capture the range of his property-focused channel: ambitious redevelopment on one side, the everyday decisions of owning rentals on the other. His recent shelf also includes a question about choosing a rental refrigerator and advice to a lot owner not to build accessory dwelling units.
