Tenants who stayed 27 years, and a $450K-to-$4 million plan, from Thach Nguyen
The investor and developer posted both on the same Wednesday, and the short tenancy story ran far ahead of the property plan.
Why this story? The whole channel is running at 106,167 views a day, 9.6 times a normal day (11,055).
Twenty-seven years is a long time to rent one place. Thach Nguyen marked the end of exactly that in a new upload, "My tenants just moved out after 27 years #realestate," and it has become the most watched thing on his channel in weeks, with more than 120,000 views in two days.
It went up beside a longer piece with a bigger promise in its title: "How I'm Turning A $450K Property Into $4 Million." That one is past 50,000. Together they gave the channel a day close to ten times its usual pace. What does a landlord find when renters leave after nearly three decades? The title keeps that for the video.
The week before had been quieter and more practical. One video asked which fridge belongs in a rental. Another followed an 8,000-square-foot lot whose owner, in Nguyen's words, he told not to build ADUs. Those are accessory dwelling units, the small second homes that owners add to a lot, often in the backyard.
The channel's own about text keeps things short: father and husband, investor and developer for more than 30 years. His video descriptions tell the longer version. He arrived in America in 1975 as a homeless refugee from Vietnam, they say, and went on to build hundreds of homes and a rental portfolio of his own. His late-September interview, "From Homeless Refugee to Real Estate Millionaire," tells that story at length, and it still sits quietly beside the landlord tale that drew the crowd.

The numbers
The day stands well above anything this real estate channel usually sees, and two uploads from the same Wednesday account for most of it.
