Polishing cloths and bathroom gadgets make Martin's unlikely tech shelf

His setup tour lists a portable bidet, a toilet nightlight and even a sink for the toilet tank.

I reviewed Apple's best product

What counts as a dream setup in Martin's little corner of the internet? Not the usual monitor-and-keyboard lineup. The description of "My DREAM Setup Tour" lists bathroom accessories, from an electric portable bidet to a toilet timer. It is a rather different destination for the familiar tech-tour title.

Martin posted nothing new this week, but those unusual reviews gave viewers plenty to revisit. "I reviewed Apple's best product", whose description identifies the 2021 Apple Polishing Cloth, remains his strongest daily draw and has reached about 2.8 million views. The title's enthusiastic verdict belongs to Martin, of course. A separate "2026 Apple Polishing Cloth Review" keeps the same small accessory on the viewing shelf.

The channel gained about a thousand subscribers over the week, even as its current daily views ran at less than half their usual pace. Among nearby gadget channels, cmcteq and ZTT Extras had much larger viewing weeks; Martin's weekly views were closer to GadgetsBoy and The Retro Collective.

For Martin, the bathroom setup tour supplies the other substantial daily draw. Its electric plunger and hourglass timer make a useful reminder that his version of gadget reviewing reaches well beyond screens.
