Tyler Blanchard's arm-wrestling test gets viewers questioning the model

Two new uploads pair an arcade-strength experiment with sponsored recreations of traps from Saw.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Dangers Of Arm WrestlingDangers Of Arm Wrestling

"Dangers Of Arm Wrestling" has reached roughly 15.5 million views, but the conversation beneath it is about what an artificial arm can actually demonstrate. Viewers question whether the model accounts for muscles bracing real bones, and whether the way force is applied resembles an actual match. Those are objections to the experiment, not proof that arm wrestling is harmless.

Other comments take a less anatomical route: the apparatus reminds some viewers of Five Nights at Freddy's, while the Fall Out Boy soundtrack gets its own little roll call. Ballistic body parts have become recognizable enough in Tyler Blanchard's videos that viewers now joke about their recurring appearances.

It was the biggest draw of his two-upload week and carries the strongest daily momentum. The other release, "I Tested Deadly Traps From Horror Movies," recreates traps from Saw in a sponsored video supported by Pixverse. It passed a million views on its first day, adding another horror-movie experiment to a catalog that already includes weapons and movie-death tests.

Across the channel, daily viewing is running at about twice its usual level, and subscribers increased over the week. Andy Jiang had a similarly substantial weekly view gain among nearby curiosity channels, while Chills was much quieter.

Beyond the new uploads, "I Cheated Every Arcade Game" continues drawing viewers more than two weeks after publication, keeping arcade experiments in the mix alongside the movie traps.
