Chef Tyler's fiber lunch needs a second tortilla

Two loaded lunchboxes anchor a four-upload week that also includes Wagyu beef and American dinners.

The white bean wrap has grown too large to close. Chef Tyler solves that problem with another tortilla, a practical little moment inside the much less restrained "Protein maxxing vs fiber maxxing."

His most-watched new upload, with nearly six million views, packs two metal lunchboxes around different nutritional ambitions. Chicken tacos, protein snacks and even protein sparkling water fill one. The other gets vegetables, smashed white beans, hummus and a collection of fiber-focused extras. "I ended up having to use normal foods for this one," he says, contrasting the ingredients with the procession of protein-fortified products.

The comments pick up on that contrast, while the beans prompt repeated calls for someone named Liam to see the video. Other viewers debate the enormous fiber total rather than simply choosing a lunchbox.

There were three more uploads: "Lore accurate buffalo wings," "My brother WASTED $100 on Wagyu beef 🥩," which tags @FoodforTrev, and "Trying 3 American Dinners." The Wagyu upload currently has the strongest daily momentum, followed by the newly posted dinner tasting and the lunchbox comparison.

Across the channel, the week brought more than 100 million views and continued subscriber growth. Daily viewing is nevertheless running well below Tyler's usual pace. Among nearby cooking channels, Nick's Kitchen had particularly strong subscriber growth, while Bon Appétit and WILDERNESS COOKING are drawing more daily views than usual. Tyler's catalog brought in the largest weekly view gain of this nearby group, with lunchboxes, wings and a brother's Wagyu purchase supplying the new additions.
